Can a magnetic earing pierce your ear?

I wore a megnetic earring for about 8 hors straight it hurt a little then just stopped. I took it out and it was bleeding on both sides of my ear. Is it piereced or not.. Please help my mom dosent know..how long will it take to heal up like normal?
