Alternative/nu metal/ possibly post-grunge song? Creed style?

Sadly I don't know the lyrics to it or the name of the band, but it sounds like a sad song with a hard chorus. At the end of the chorus the singer only sings 3 words on 2 musical notes, something like B, A#, A# and the last note is sung longer and then the guitars break in. The song doesn't seem to be something special but the chorus just blew my mind. The singer has a deep voice and it reminds me of the band Creed.
