Can i change my sttarter earrings the next day?

Okay so I have another pair of starter ear rings I bought from clairs but bfor I bought them they pierced it with a small gold balll earring as I was walking out I saw them and I bought them but it was to late to pierce with them can I switch my new starter studs in realy fast
