Cartilage piercing still hurts sometimes, since summer?

Got my cartilage pierced in June or July. It has healed and is not red, does not pus or anything. However, in one certain area it still hurts when i push it into that side. Like i have a hoop earring in it and when i push from the outside it hurts, but if i pull it or move it up and down it doesnt hurt. I kindof say, imagine the piercing is a square hole, and one of the 4 sides hurts. I stopped soaking it and cleaning it a few months ago. I still have the saline spray, should i just continue using it?
