Earring help? Studds keeps falling?

So me and my sister got this pair of really cute earrings but the sad part is that they are studds and the thing at the back keeps that keeps the studd in place keeps falling off and we can't wear them . Do you know anything that i can use to help me fix them so i can wear them and not have them fall all the time
