How do I convince my mom to let me dye my hair?

Ok yes i am 13 but im tired of my style. i want to have a unique style. so i want the bottom part of my hair hot pink. or purple or blue, which would look best? and DONT say im crazy or that im too young. i really want to dye it. how do i convince my mom?
