How long until I can take out an industrial piercing out for about an hour or so?

I want to get an industrial piercing for my birthday, February 19, 2011. I play soccer and I will have a tournament about a week after that and possibly 3 more tournaments during the spring. I wanted to know if I could take it out for a maximum of an hour and fifteen minutes or stick an earring in it at half, which is around 30mintues. I will be 14 on the 19th.
