I'm confuses about changing my earring?

So I pierced my cartilage at the end of December. I took the earring out and it was really difficult so when it finally came out my hole was bleeding. I don't want it to close so I cleaned it and put in a real earring. The earring is huge and I want to put in the new earring ls I bought, but they're not real. Which ones should I use?
