I want my ears pierced with a needle? I don't know where to get it done though?

I had my ears pierced when I was 5, and I never had a problem with it. I got it done at a doctors office. I then got it double pierced at claire's, the earring was too short for my ear lobe and it was tight and really painful. I had to take it out and then realized how infected it really was. After about another year I tried again and the same thing happened. I know how bad claire's is at piercing ears but I did it anyways because I really wanted it pierced. Well I need to know where i can get it done without my ears getting infected and WITH A NEEDLE. My ears are extremely sensitive and I am allergic to anything but gold. And it has to be gold, nothing else. Where can I get it done? I live in Bolingbrook, IL. It's kind of close to Chicago. I don't know of any tattoo parlors really but my uncle can bring me in to get it done....
