Where can I find a dress similar to Lazaro LZ3400?

I am in love with this wedding dress for myself, http://www.jlmcouture.com/Lazaro/Bridal/Additional/Style-3004 (sorry it won't link). I did some research to find that it cost probably $2000-5000 but I'm not sure. My dress budget is roughly $500-1000, I looked at David's Bridal but I can NOT find a dress that closely resembles this one. Any help will be greatly appreciated =).
